It takes 6 to 12 business days to produce and ship your shoes. Ships directly from Italy. Shoes are shipped internationally via UPS, DHL and FedEx. Deliveries take between three to eight business days, depending on your city and country. Shipments to the EU, UK, CAN and USA are free of charge.
(Note: Duty taxes may apply for non-EU and non-US shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product.)

No, shipping is not affected by tariffs, it all ships with Zero Tariffs for U.S. customers. 

Send them back! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy for our footwear only. That means you will receive a full refund if not completely satisfied with your order. Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Contact us to request a refund and confirm your address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassle or cost to you.

All shoes are created using pristine Italian leather or suede and in some cases organic canvas, special materials, prints, limited edition textiles and cruelty free vegan leathers.

Our designer shoes are crafted in Le Marche, Italy, also known as “The Shoe Valley,” which has been home to a unique shoemaking tradition since 1901. All shoes are of the best quality and handcrafted by a network of selected Italian artisans.

If you refuse delivery of your your shipment, you will be charged a 20% return fee plus return shipping.

Most items typically ship within 1-2 business days, depending on availability. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that items in your order may not always ship together and accessories are usually shipped separately.

Made-to-order items (shoes and custom apparel) may require additional time to prepare, typically arriving within 3-4 weeks from the order date. Delivery times for custom items can vary, as some are produced within a couple of weeks, while custom caps/t-shirts/sportswear may take 4-6 six weeks. We will keep you informed and provide updates on the estimated ship date as your made to order/custom items are crafted.
